Established in the Brockton area for three generations, we are continuing to provide the best legal services possible to all of our clients in an affordable manner. The practice handles all matters ranging from a simple Will to a complex estate administration or real estate transaction, which allows our clients to be assured that their matters are being handled in the most efficient manner, while maintaining effective communication with the firm and being charged reasonable rates.
Our office is conveniently located off Exit 17 on Route 24 in Brockton, Massachusetts, serving all of Plymouth, Norfolk, Bristol, Barnstable, Suffolk and Middlesex counties.
Jessica Wainwright has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2002. She received her B.S.B.A. cum laude from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania and her J.D. magna cum laude from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Wainwright is an active member of many community and professional organizations, including Brockton Area Networking Group, Plymouth County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.

William M. Wainwright (deceased 2012) was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1971. He received his A.B. from Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York and his J.D. from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Wainwright was a member of the Judicial Nominating Council and served as Chairman for the the Brockton Historic District Commission and President of the Brockton Day Nursery for many years. Attorney Wainwright practiced for many years with his father, George, and brothers, Richard and Stephen, prior to starting his solo practice as Wainwright and Wainwright.
